Organization
Throughout the course of 2014 many of the reforms planed during the previous months of analysis were put into action.
First of all were created four departments, job descriptions with new profiles and a corresponding map of competences, new procedures and mechanisms of coordination, up to statute changes of the 2014 June Assembly. To this is added the further analysis of the critical issues and potentialities of the assembly in June in the sphere of fund raising and the start of the new plan for the strategic pathways 2015-2017.
The departments
ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES AND QUALITY: in this department the economic and financial politics are defined and overseen as well as the organisations’ politics on human resources and the training procedures, other than the certification, in the field of quality, transparency, ethics and security.
COMMUNICATION AND FUND RAISING: in this department are defined and overseen strategic politics of the organisation with the aim to increase and improve the institutional positioning and the contribution of private supporters, intended as private citizens, companies and foundations, both national and international.
INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION: this department contributes in defining the strategic politics of the organisation which are aimed at the international cooperation activities, whether it be for geographic areas or single countries.
ITALY, EUROPE, MEDITERANEAN AND GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP: this department contributes to the definition of the organisation’s strategic politics regarding the education to world citizenship, interculturality and citizenship rights activities and the design and implementation of advocacy campaigns and actions in the organisation’s priority themes.
